Peter Alkema: a course production desk

Peter Alkema is a technology executive who teaches on Udemy. Producing a new course meant a script, a recording day, slides, a workbook, and a quiz bank, each in a different tool.

Pipeline

The outline is the source of truth. From it the desk drafts a lesson script, generates still frames for each section, renders a PDF workbook, and writes multiple-choice questions with answer keys. The script is voiced by a model, and ffmpeg assembles voice and stills into a lesson video. Every file lands in a Drive folder Peter owns.

Checks

Three review gates sit in the path: script, visuals, and quiz. A consistency pass compares the three and stops the lesson if a number or a term differs between them. Lessons Peter wants in his own voice skip the voice step and keep the rest.

What changed

Peter runs the desk himself and publishes new courses without a studio week.
